Buying a house in the US

The process of buying a house is a fascinating and challenging journey consisting of several essential steps. From establishing a company and opening a bank account, through building an investment plan and locating the perfect property, to comprehensive inspections, purchase, renovation and rental. Each step requires attention and precision in order to ensure the success of the investment and its profitability. In the following detail, we will present the main steps that will help you navigate the way smoothly and clearly.

1. The bureaucracy stage

In the first step, start by establishing a company in the USA. Choose a name that fits your investment spirit and vision. Then, open a bank account in the name of the new company, to manage all funds in an orderly and efficient manner

2. Building an investment plan

Now that the company has been established, the investment plan begins to be built. Looking for potential properties to purchase, running the numbers to check the yield, costs and value of each property. After a thorough inspection and choosing the most suitable property, you can move on to the next step.

3. Finding the property

Examining all relevant transactions in order to find the most suitable property for the investment plan built for the investor! After choosing the most suitable property, financial and physical inspections are performed for the selected property.
