Dan began his journey in the field of real estate at a young age and purchased apartments in Israel and abroad.
During his career, he helped more than 50 young people purchase an investment apartment in Israel.
Today, Dan focuses on helping investors from Israel get out of the bubble and start investing in the US, with the goal of building a real estate portfolio and achieving financial freedom.
In addition, Dan is an engineer who uses his analytical skills and technology to achieve the best results.

Tomer Yacobi
Tomer has extensive practical experience in renovations and improvements in the United States and especially in Texas.
With over two years of experience in diverse projects in the USA and Texas, Tomer has successfully completed over 100 projects.
Tomer focuses on leading and assisting young people who have chosen to invest in real estate in the US, and helps them avoid mistakes in renovations, which are an integral and important part of any real estate transaction that is purchased below the market price.

Natan Burgel is our field person, responsible for all property inspections, direct negotiations with sellers, regular updates from the field, handling problems, and most importantly - finding deals below the market price.
Naytan is an integral and important part of our team, and owns assets to invest in himself. He is an ambitious guy with three houses he owns and the hand is still tilted.
